Ever since I was a little boy, my imagination has been driving force in my life journey. I was introduced to gardening, botanicals, and things about the home and these things became a passion. I remember clipping roses and magnolias with my grandmother from her garden. In Garden club, I was taught to appreciate nature and its beauty. Over the years, I watered other passions in hosting, entertaining and home decor and they bloomed into a beautiful career journey that had me most recently working for many years in the role of a Director of Home Product Design at Target Corporation. With almost 25 years of experience in home product design, visual curation and storytelling, I'm now adding a layer to my creative journey.

Equally important in my personal path was my love of stories. I was the kind of child that would curl up with a book to explore other periods and places. Over time, being a teller of tales provided success through my participation on my collegiate speech team. My creativity and work ethic came together and propelled me forward as a multiple time all-around national champion public speaker and storyteller. It was through the activity that I found my voice. What made me different, my Judaism and my Queerness, were woven into my performances and speeches and my dimensions of difference were celebrated. It made me who I am today and I shine personally and professionally when I tell my stories. The stories of others. The stories of things.
