Nature’s Palette and Analogous and Complementary Colors:
Analogous colors are groups of three colors that are next to each other on the color wheel, and a tertiary. Red, orange, and red-orange are examples. The term analogous refers to having analogy or corresponding to something in particular. An analogous color scheme creates a rich, monochromatic look. Complementary colors are any two colors which are directly opposite each other, such as red and green and red-purple and yellow-green. As you will see in the hundreds of dried botanicals at Warmhouse Story, nature often leads the way to a perfect color scheme! No experience needed as we will start with the basics together!
